DC Correctional Treatment Facility (DC Jail) = 3,700 books DC Jail was constructing libraries on two floors of the facility. Books for America is pleased to have donated a total of 7,700 fiction novels since 2002 and a variety of self-help, religious and other non-fiction topics.
